Jewellery Information -  Alterations - if you require an item to be altered in any way
please contact me, i will do my best to assist.  Please note on some items a small fee
may be charged.

Despatch~ I aim to despatch items promptly upon receipt of cleared payment,
and it is my policy to telephone/email to inform you that your purchase is on its way. If an
item is out of stock or unavailable, you will be offered either a full refund or a replacement item.

Refunds ~ I am happy to refund/exchange on any item in the unlikely event that a fault is found.
I cannot issue refunds if you simply change your mind, but can offer an alternative item
In order to obtain a refund or exchange
in the unlikely event of a fault, please contact me in the first instance in writing to let
 me know that you are intending to return an item, I shall
give you a reference for your return packet.
